TERMS OF SERVICE

Not respecting these rules results to a shop AND discord ban/blacklist.

1. Do not reuse any of the assets from my avatars, you MUST buy them from their creators listed in the credits. If it's one of my creations, ask me in tickets.
2. Do not make my avatars public in any case.
3. Do not share the package with anyone or upload it into someone else's account.
4. Only the receiver of the avatar is allowed to own and use the package. Meaning if you gift the avatar to someone YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO OWN THE PACKAGE OR TO UPLOAD IT FOR THE RECEIVER.
5. Do not claim my avatars as your own or resell them, PERSONAL LICENSE ONLY.
6. Do not remove any credits/name tags located in my avatars, if you do then you're breaking my TOS and you're not allowed to wear my avatars.
7. No Trading, Leaking, or Price Splitting my models.
8. Please fill up correctly your discord and VRC username when you buy, if you don't, you do not have the rights to use my avatars.
9. All sales are final, NO REFUNDS.
10. EDITS : Personal and Private only heavy editing is allowed, but you'll have to keep the name tags of mine on the avatar. If you want to commission someone to edit the avatar for you, you MUST buy a second copy of the avatar to the editor if they don't own it.
11. ONLINE ACTIVITIES : Using my models for online activities (Youtube, Streaming...) is allowed but always give credit to my shop (https://kaiylast.gumroad.com & https://kaiylast.love)
12. VTUBING : If you want to convert my models for vtubing, you MUST ask me before.
13. Unless the avatar is stated as SFW, you MUST have 18+ to purchase and wear my avatars.
