TERMS OF SERVICE

When buying, you're accepting these terms.

Not respecting these rules results to a shop AND discord ban/blacklist.

1.NO ASSETS REUSE : You MUST NOT reuse any of the assets from my avatars, and MUST buy them from their creators listed in the credits.

2.PRIVATE UPLOADS : You MUST NOT make my avatars public in any case.

3.PRIVATE PACKAGES : Do not share the package with anyone or upload it into someone else's account.

4.PRIVATE LICENSE : Only the receiver of the avatar is allowed to own and use the package. Meaning if you gift the avatar to someone YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO OWN THE PACKAGE OR TO UPLOAD IT FOR THE RECEIVER.

5.PERSONAL LICENSE ONLY : Do not claim my avatars as your own or resell them.

6.CREDITING : Do not remove any credits/name tags located in my avatars. You'll still have to give credit to my shop, even if the model was heavily edited.

7.No Trading, Leaking, or Price Splitting my models.

8.FIELDS : You MUST fill up your accurate discord and VRC username when you buy, if you don't, you do not have the rights to use my avatars. If you have a special police, it has to be used in the field.

9.NO REFUNDS/CHARGEBACKS : All sales are final, immediate ban & blacklist if you chargeback.

10.EDITS : Personal and Private only heavy editing is allowed, but you'll have to keep the name tags of mine on the avatar. If you want to commission someone to edit the avatar for you, you MUST buy a second copy of the avatar to the editor if they don't own it.

11.ONLINE ACTIVITIES : Using my models for online activities (Youtube, Streaming...) is allowed but always give credit to my shop (https://kaiylast.love)

12.VTUBING : If you want to convert my models for vtubing, you MUST ask me before. Rights Fees will be requested. Free Models are not allowed to be converted.

13.COMMERCIAL USAGE : Any profit-seeking commercial usage is FORBIDDEN. You MUST NOT sell digital or physical products that include my models designs, even if heavily edited. This concerns mugs, pillows, charms and any other OC goodies.

14.AI : You MUST NOT put any reference/image/video of my model through an AI system. Meaning you're not allowed to generate AI content with my models designs, or to edit any picture or video including my models with AI.

15.MATURE THEMES : Unless the avatar is stated as SFW, you MUST be 18+ to purchase and wear my avatars.
